The project Ayla was founded in the 90's by DJ and trance producer Ingo Kunzi alias Tandu. He was one of the most creative heads in this genre and received huge success with productions such as "Ayla", "Ayla Part II", "Liebe" and "Angelfalls". In co-operation with DJ Taucher and Torsten  Stenzel they produced "Ayla Part II" of Ayla. It became a club hit in the whole world, when it was released in 1998 and still this track belongs to one of the most-played trance classics.
